1. Tournament Entry Fees Refund Policy of AURA FARMER ZONE

All tournament entry fees, token deposits, and slot bookings processed on the AURA FARMER ZONE platform are final. Once a player registers and books a seat for a specific match or competitive lobby, it cannot be canceled, and the entry fee is non-refundable.

2. Match Outage & Cancellation Refunds on AURA FARMER ZONE

If a tournament or competitive lobby is canceled by the AURA FARMER ZONE administration due to technical errors, scheduling issues, or platform-wide outages, the full entry fee will be refunded back to the user's tournament wallet balance within 24 hours.

3. Disqualification & Compliance under AURA FARMER ZONE

No refunds will be granted to players who are disqualified from an active match or tournament for violating the fair play policies of AURA FARMER ZONE.
